Practice Information

Appointments:

You can make a booking for an appointment with your doctor via the online booking system or contact our reception during opening hours to arrange your booking. Consequently, an appointment for a consultation with your doctor will be made and an SMS reminder will be sent to you 1 day prior to your appointment.

We accept patients that don’t have a medicare card. Please contact the reception for further information.

Our appointments are categorized under the following categories. Appointment charges may vary accordingly.

Minor Service ( Level A)
Specific Service ( Level B)
Extended Service ( Level C)
Comprehensive Service ( Level D)

Please note that we are a private billing practice.

Bulk billing for children under 16 and concession cardholders.

There will be a fee for procedures.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an appointment please proceed to ring reception and request a cancellation. 24 hrs of notice is required prior to the confirmed appointment time otherwise it may result in a cancellation fee. An appointment cancellation fee of $35 if there is less than 4 hours notice and $35 fee for not attending to a scheduled appointment.

Medical Certificates

Please be aware that the medical certificate cannot be backdated. If you wish to obtain a medical certificate or a careers certificate please ask your doctor during your consultation.

In the case of a medical emergency please dial 000 for immediate assistance.

Complaints:

We are constantly working towards improving our practice services to fit the needs and desires of the community and we would genuinely like to receive feedback from our patients to help us do so. So please feel welcome to place your thoughts about our practice in the feedback response box at the reception desk. If you wish to make a complaint please proceed to ring our practice manager on 02 6251 3297 or discuss your thoughts with our reception staff. However, if you are not satisfied with this option the complaint may be directed to the ACT Human Rights Commission:
