Appointments:
You can make a booking for an appointment with Dr Rodrigo via the online booking system Hot Doc or contact our reception (02 6251 3297) during opening hours to arrange your booking. Consequently, an appointment for a consultation with your doctor will be made and an SMS reminder will be sent to you 1 day before your appointment.
We don’t accept new patients.
Our appointments are categorised under the following categories. Appointment charges may vary accordingly.
Minor Service ( Level A)
Specific Service ( Level B)
Extended Service ( Level C)
Comprehensive Service ( Level D)
Telehealth appointments are also provided at our clinic.
Please note that we are a mixed billing practice. There is a $ 20 gap fee for all the consultations.
We bulk bill children under 16 and concession and pension cardholders.
There will be a fee for procedures.
Home visits can be provided after discussion with Dr. Rodrigo if needed.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an appointment please proceed to ring reception and request a cancellation. 24 hrs of notice is required before the confirmed appointment time. A cancellation fee of $42 may result if there is less than 4 hours notice given.
Medical Certificates
Please be aware that the medical certificate cannot be backdated. If you wish to obtain a medical certificate or a careers certificate please ask your doctor during your consultation.

In the case of a medical emergency please dial 000 for immediate assistance.

Complaints:
We are working towards improving our practice services to fit the needs and desires of the community and we would greatly appreciate feedback from our patients to help us do so. Please feel welcome to place your thoughts about our practice in the feedback response box at the reception desk. If you wish to make a complaint please proceed to ring us on 02 6251 3297. However, if you are not satisfied with this option the complaint may be directed to the ACT Human Rights Commission.
